Due to a high volume of orders, our shipping times range anywhere from 9-21 days (Free Shipping) on average to US, UK, Canada, Australia and many other countries. We ship from Fontana, CA and other warehouses to the United States and Asia from Singapore warehouses.

Orders are generally to be processed within 3 to 5 business days upon receipt of your order and sent to the shipping courier.

Some countries may cause a delay in your products shipping, and in some cases (a bit rare) you may receive your order anywhere from 20-30 days (highly unlikely) depending on your country.

All items usually arrive within 3 weeks but in some countries, please allow 3-5 business weeks.

We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays and we don't operate on public holidays and weekends. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 72 hours) but there might be some delays – especially after releases or mass volume orders on a product! Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if it is incorrect, we, unfortunately, cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

IMPORT TAX AND CUSTOM DUTIES
Customers are responsible for import duty/tax if applicable. We make sure that our couriers use the best way to clear the import procedures. We will not be responsible for any import tax or duty.

MULTIPLE ORDERS AND RECEIVE ONLY ONE ITEM?
No worries. You will get another one in different shipments. Due to the different processing locations, we send from multiple locations. If you don't receive all shipments after 21 days, please do contact us. We will track and solve.
